Program booking - Terms & Conditions

GROUP BOOKING

Registration Form

The Group's program can only be confirmed by completion of a Registration form (postal or Email) and not by telephone. The Registration form which includes, a) Participant's details, b) Medical information, c) consent and a release of liability will have to be submitted by each participant before the commencement of program.

Fees Details

Advance: The program of group is confirmed by iGAP upon receipt of a completed booking form and deposit of 50% of full fees. Cheques/draft should be made payable to 'i Genius Adventure Path Pvt. Ltd', New Delhi.
Full and Final:  iGAP will raise an invoice post program (within seven days of the completion). This will include:
a) Program fee (balance)
b) Reimbursement of all travel costs
Payment Mode: To be made by cheque/draft or electronic transfer in favour of 'i Genius Adventure Path Pvt. Ltd' within 15 days of submission of final invoice.

Cancellation by the client

All cancellations must be in writing. In the event of cancellation the client will incur the following cancellation fee:

Imp: There is a cancellation charge of 10% upto 30 days before the departure date. Thereafter;

Charge incurred Days of cancellation 
75% Refund of total fee upto 20 days to departure
50% Refund of total fee upto 15 days to departure
25% Refund of total fee upto 10 days to departure
"NO" Refund if the departure is less than 10 days away
   

Cancellation by iGAP

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the agreed group program goes ahead iGAP will notify the client of cancellation as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options:

  • Full refund of the program fee paid.
  • A choice of alternative dates for the program

INDIVIDUAL BOOKING

Registration Form

The program (course/seat) can only be confirmed by completion of a Registration form (postal or Email) and not by telephone. The Registration form which includes, a) Participant's details, b) Medical information, c) consent and a release of liability will have to be submitted by each participant before the commencement of program.

Camp Fees

Camp place/seat is reserved by iGAP upon receipt of full (100%) payment of program fee at the time of registration. Cheques/draft or electronic transfer should be made payable to 'i Genius Adventure Path Pvt. Ltd', New Delhi.

Cancellation by the client

All cancellations must be in writing.
iGAP once notified by letter of cancellation will endeavor to re-sell the camp place/seat.

Imp: There is a cancellation charge of 10% upto 20 days before the departure date. Thereafter;

Charge incurred Days of cancellation 
75% Refund of total fee upto 15 days to departure
50% Refund of total fee upto 10 days to departure
25% Refund of total fee upto 5 days to departure
"NO" Refund if the departure is less than 5 days away
   

Cancellation by iGAP

Whilst every attempt is made to ensure that the advertised camp run, if camp cancelled due to unforeseen reasons iGAP will notify you of cancellation as soon as possible.
In the event of cancellation clients will be offered the choice of the following options:

  • Full refund of the camp fee paid.
  • A choice of alternative dates for the camp.

NOTE: Refund will be made after producing original cash receipt and cancellation charges will be also applicable on the full amount of the travel/ticket. For example if participants pay 50% advance and cancels his seats then advance cancellation charges would calculated on full ticket fare.

No refund will be made in the eventuality of the program being cancelled/re-scheduled due to natural calamities, beyond the control of management.

The above terms and conditions are subject to suitable revision, addition and alterations as per the decision of the management at any time without prior notification.
